A charming picnic near the old Moinho do Gentil watermill, located on one of the Ribeira das Mercês banks.
The programme includes an interpretive tour through the landscape around the Fonte Filipe valley and the old watermill, to better understand local food traditions and the recipes shared during the meal.
The meal will be prepared with moments of conviviality and knowledge sharing, with entertainment and forgotten recipes.
